Your order will be packed and shipped within five (5) business days after order received.

We use USPS Advantage for orders under $150, and for orders over $150 we use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. We will send tracking automatically once your order is fulfilled which will give a more accurate delivery date.

We accept exchanges on items within 60 days of purchase that are unopened, unused, all tags still attached, and are in their original condition.

Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, all tags still attached, and are in their original condition, and will be returned in the original form of payment. Books, needles, and scissors are final sale. Any item that is considered to be defective will be returned on a case-by-case basis. If an item being returned is being shipped that is not defective, a mailing label will be created and sent to the customer, with the price of the label to be deducted from the return amount. 

Returns will be processed within five (5) business days. Please allow additional time for your credit card or bank statement to reflect the return.
